Thanks for the mention. The DNCL list will supersede the iOptOut list. It’s great that finally we have a DNCL registry though the list of exclusions is rather long.

I just tried to visit the DNCL site, and was presented with the following:

“Important Notice
National Do Not Call List (DNCL)
The DNCL Web site is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later.”

I’m guessing that there are a lot of people trying to register their numbers all at once…
